Mr. Gray believes teamwork is essential for student success, but understands the struggles that families often encounter. Mr. Gray supports the belief "that is takes a village to raise a child", and a team to make them life long learners aimed for success. He asks for community involvement calling on everyone to invest in the future of a child.
